张宝玉,字(保玉),中国新乡人,1960 年出生,绰号:笔遊神洲,斋号石梦楼主。佛门弟子妙玉,道教门弟张理宝。毕业于西安美院, 中央美院深造。

  在画案旁闲暇之时,总是想到我是受母亲刺绣的熏陶,选定人生坐标。曾记的童年时常围着母亲,瞧她在专心的干刺绣活,还问长问短“娘,你秀啥呀”,母亲就柔声柔气的对我说 : 这绣的是梅花……,喜鹊……,竹子……,牡丹……。这时我脱口说“我要学会画这些该多好哇。”从此在我的心目中要立志生成学画的愿望,并决心一定要功成名就,实现我笔游神州的梦想。屈指回首 1972 年画出的中堂,四扇屏,奶奶和娘一看就夸我有天才。从此在鼓励的笑声中,我的信心更足了,所以在 1975 年就上街赶会头展卖。

到了初中,老师安排我做板报设计,璧报腾写,临毕业时赠送老师的作品有 《荷塘情趣》《在打麦场上》等人物、山水画,我变深感老师对我的鼓励与指点之恩。

上高中时期(1976 年)文化大革命和学毛著的热潮中, 在老师指挥下画了不少漫画,后来又让我画了雷锋像张贴到各个班级里,走出校门步入社会就进入璧画厂,一个人就是几年,水平也得到了明显的提高。

当我认真拜读著名画家张宝玉先生的作品集时,心中便燃起一种敬意,受益匪浅,收获颇丰。至此张宝玉先生书画专辑付梓心之际,谨表热烈祝贺。大象无形,大音稀声。一个人做什么也无论怎么做,但终究会历史留下点什么,张宝玉先生长期进行书画研究,偏爱公益事业,在书画艺术的人生道路上留下许多可圈可点的贡献。
